We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for important details.
A. SHIPPING FEE
We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all orders, no matter the size or weight.
B. ORDER PROCESSING
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing includes order confirmation, payment verification, and packaging.
2. Shipping Confirmation
- Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent including a tracking number and carrier details.
C. DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after processing (excluding holidays and weekends).
- Delivery occurs during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen events (see Section H).
D. SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We only deliver to addresses within the United States.
- We accept delivery to residential addresses, businesses, and PO Boxes.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
E. TRACKING INFORMATION
1. Tracking details
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
- You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
2. Delay in trackingÂ
- Please note that there may be occasional delays in tracking updates, especially during high shipping volumes or when the package is in transit between locations.
- If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for more than 48 hours, rest assured that your order is still on its way.

F. VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
- Include apartment numbers, suite numbers, or unit numbers when applicable.
- Mistakes in your shipping address could result in delays or additional charges.
- We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Address changes cannot be made after your order has shipped.
G. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
1. Damaged Orders
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order.
2. Lost Packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to find your order as quickly as possible.
H. POSSIBLE DELAYS
- Unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as: bad weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, holiday periods and peak shipping seasons, natural disasters or emergencies.
- If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
- During peak seasons (holidays), please allow additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
