1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
1. When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please look out for an email titled “Shipping update for order”, which includes your tracking link.
2. How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two ways:
Option 1: Click here and enter your order information.
Option 2: Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and direct link.

3. Why hasn’t my tracking status been updated? What should I do?
Tracking information may take some time to appear for the following reasons:
– The tracking number has just been created. It can take 3–5 business days for tracking data to be updated due to system delays between package scanning and online visibility.
– In some cases, the parcel won’t be updated in the system until it arrives at a local hub near its destination.
📩 If your tracking hasn’t been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us for immediate assistance.
4. Why did I receive my items separately?
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to different production times or fulfillment centers.
You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

You are only charged once for shipping at checkout.
5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Ronbika is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.
6.What if my package is delayed?
Although most packages arrive on time, unexpected delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, or other factors.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
1. Which currency will be used?
In Homepage, Product pages, and your Cart, the price shows in your currency so it can be easier for you to consider a purchase.
However, once you reach the Checkout page, both your subtotal and Tax fee (if any) will be converted back to US dollars and you will be charged in US dollars.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely through PayPal.
At checkout, your payment will be processed in US dollars, regardless of the currency displayed during browsing.
1. How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us via email within 24 hours. Our Customer Support team will verify whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Please note
Cancellations requested more than 12 hours after order confirmation may not be accepted.

2. How do I request a replacement item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] with a clear photo showing the issue. Our team will assist you promptly with the next steps for a replacement.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days once your return is approved and processed.
1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
